The practice sees patients by appointment only, in a discreet setting. The site had to convey that before the first phone call, and answer the questions that make the phone ring for nothing.
A cream palette and an editorial serif, far from the usual clinical blue. Alongside the treatment pages, short aftercare notes on irritation, a loose wire, sport, sensitivity. Common reasons to call, handled upstream.
A storefront at the right temperature, and a content base that absorbs the recurring questions.
